Garrett Miller

Garrett Miller is excited to join The Miller Law Group due to their excellent reputation of providing zealous advocacy and proven record of securing beneficial outcomes for their clients.

Garrett has nearly 13 years of experience as an attorney, nearly all of which was gained while working for the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office, which he joined in 2013. He has handled the most serious and complex cases, including special circumstance homicide, media cases, as well as juvenile and misdemeanor cases. He has obtained countless resolutions that have greatly benefited his clients. He has also completed numerous trials, including to not-guilty verdicts. He is committed to ensuring every client has the best possible outcome.

Garrett also served on the board and as President of the Los Angeles County Public Defenders Union, Local 148, where he advocated on behalf of over 600 attorneys. His advocacy included dealing with a myriad of labor violations, negotiating contracts with the County, and meeting with local and state elected officials. He gained valuable experience dealing with all of LA County local governments and their handling of labor relations. Due to his public advocacy through media interviews, publishing op-Eds, and meeting with officials, he has gained a reputation of being a fierce advocate on behalf of everyone he serves.

Garrett graduated from Pepperdine Law School in 2012.
