 Fabianna Olivares is the Managing Partner of The Miller Law Firm where she oversees operations of the firm and represents clients facing all types of charges.
She brings almost a decade of experience as a fierce and accomplished trial attorney with the Los Angeles County Public Defender's Office. In her tenure as a public defender, she handled thousands of criminal cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to serious and violent felonies. She has successfully tried cases through not guilty verdicts. Her experience translates into Ms. Olivares being a wealth of knowledge and a unique advocate for any client lucky enough to have her as their attorney.
Ms. Olivares separated herself from her peers through her tremendous attention to detail and unrelenting advocacy in court. For the last 6 years, Ms. Olivares specialized in juvenile defense wherein she has represented juveniles facing cases that could result in life imprisonment. She developed a reputation by juveniles who were detained (in custody) in juvenile hall as being the best attorney to be appointed on their case. She has successfully litigated thousands of juvenile matters and has saved her juvenile clients from being transferred to adult court. Unlike most attorneys who lack the experience and understanding of the complexities of the juvenile system, Ms. Olivares is considered by her peers as an expert. She is the lead attorney of The Miller Law firm juvenile defense practice.
Ms. Olivares attended Loyola Marymount University where she earned a degree in English. Her incredible writing skills and academic success earned a full scholarship to Southwestern School of Law, where she graduated at the top of her class. Her passion for criminal defense began when she externed with the Los Angeles Public Defender's Office while in law school. It was then she recognized her passion for criminal defense and that she was uniquely skilled in the profession. It was then that Ms. Olivares decided to dedicate her career to helping others. |
